- 4 Ripe Avocados, peeled, pitted & smashed
- ⅓ cup tomatoes (chopped)
- ⅓ cup onions (chopped)
- ¼ cup coriander (chopped)
- ¼-1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ - 1 Lime (squeezed) (adjust to taste)
- 1 Green Chili (finely chopped)(optional)
- Combine the smashed avocados, onions, tomatoes and coriander together in a bowl.
- Add the green chilies according to your taste buds and mix.
- Add the salt, make sure to adjust the measurements accordingly.
- Squeeze the fresh lime on the avocado mixture and mix all the ingredients together.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to your favorite Mexican dish.
