Ingredients
  • 4 Ripe Avocados, peeled, pitted & smashed
  • ⅓ cup tomatoes (chopped)
  • ⅓ cup onions (chopped)
  • ¼ cup coriander (chopped)
  • ¼-1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ - 1 Lime (squeezed) (adjust to taste)
  • 1 Green Chili (finely chopped)(optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine the smashed avocados, onions, tomatoes and coriander together in a bowl.
  2. Add the green chilies according to your taste buds and mix.
  3. Add the salt, make sure to adjust the measurements accordingly.
  4. Squeeze the fresh lime on the avocado mixture and mix all the ingredients together.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to your favorite Mexican dish.
