For the last 9 months you have been pregnant – swollen feet, sleepless nights, nausea, a big belly – the works. After many long hours of pushing, the baby is finally here! Yippee, now you can finally get some rest. WRONG! In comes you screaming hungry baby. Time for you to breastfeed! Even though you just wish you could give your baby formula and take a nap, you know breastmilk is the best for your baby and all that “guilt” makes it impossible for you to do so. You took a baby birthing class where they spent a whole 30 minutes talking about breastfeeding. Hats off to all of us that have at least tried to breastfeed our babies. I know many woman (including myself) faced many challenges with breastfeeding.
